At your first appointment...
You will be provided information regarding the terms of service, including confidentiality, storage of information, fees and payment. I will also gather information regarding your personal history and current issues, we will discuss your treatment goals and preferred therapy approaches, and I will answer any additional questions that you may have regarding this service.
There is no receptionist at my office; when you arrive, please take a seat in the waiting area, and I will meet you at your scheduled appointment time.
